About Julianna
Therapist | Guide | Nature-Based Facilitator
Julianna is a psychotherapist, psychedelic guide, and wilderness facilitator with over a decade of experience leading transformative journeys—both through the inner world of psyche and the untamed landscapes of the natural world.
Raised among the rivers and forests of the Pacific Northwest, she learned early that nature is not just a backdrop for healing but a living co-creator in remembering, renewal, and deep belonging. Before becoming a therapist, Julianna spent over a decade as a professional river guide, moving with the water, listening to its rhythms, and learning what it means to surrender to the current. That same deep trust in the unfolding process is what she now brings to her work with clients.
Her approach is earth-based, experiential, and deeply embodied. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Transpersonal & Nature-Based Therapy from Naropa University and is an IFS Level 1 Therapist, integrating Internal Family Systems alongside psychedelic-assisted therapy and experiential, relational modalities. In 2023, she completed Naropa University’s Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies, with training in psilocybin facilitation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD.
Julianna’s work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering, reclaiming, and embracing all parts of you. It's about bearing witness to the sacred unfolding that is** you. Whether guiding clients through **psychedelic experiences, nature-based rites of passage, or deep parts-work, she invites them to trust the intelligence of their bodies, their parts, and the land itself.
She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR #C6927) and a licensed Oregon psilocybin facilitator (FL-c70bb3).

Therapeutic Approach
I embrace an integrative, experiential, and earth-based approach to therapy and facilitation, weaving together somatic, contemplative, and nature-based methodologies. Rooted in trauma-attuned care, I create a safe, responsive container where your journey can unfold organically. My work is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Rites of Passage frameworks, supporting you in connecting with your inner wisdom and navigating rich internal landscapes.
I believe in the transformative power of direct experience—that healing arises not just from insight but from full-bodied engagement with the present moment. Beyond conventional therapy, my work is infused with ceremony, ritual, and nature-based practices, honoring the depth and complexity of human transformation.
At the heart of my approach is a commitment to authentic presence, attuned clarity, and deep respect. I see this work as a collaboration—an unfolding relationship between you, me, and the living world around us. Transformation happens in relationship, and I strive to foster a sense of trust, resonance, and spaciousness for your process to take root and thrive.

My Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies: Dramaturgy from Emerson College informs my attunement to story, symbolism, and transformation.
